Beachin' and Career Day

We went to Bellows Beach on the East side of the island yesterday, and it was great.  Kids did a little sand castlin', boogie boardin and swimming.  Adele tends to think that the sand over there is delicious.

Adele sporting her new beachwear.

Nolin during career day at school--He was an airline pilot.  His lady friend there was lured in by his confidence, and the fact that he resembled the AC/DC guitarist.

A beautiful Hawaiian sunrise out in our backyard.  It isnt difficult to get up in the morning when you can see this.  We will definitely miss this part of Hawaii.  That little glimmer of water there is Pearl Harbor.

This next picture is not an Al Gore movie snapshot.  We are trying to go up to Alaska this next week, and the kids wanted to try out their new clothes.  Oh yeah, and build a lava snowman with some backyard rocks.  Outside air temperature here was about 75 degrees.

I am a proud papa of my babies at the beach.

Adele practicing how to "hang 10" while still on dry land.

Lotta love at the beach.  Then we get back in the car and there is alot of yelling.

Adele is mobile and 10 months old today!

Nolin boogie boarding.  They both did great, and even had some good wipeouts.  Just hit play below.

Mary Caroline showing that the Wahine (Hawaiian for "Woman") can surf too.  She was really getting into it.

We are trying to go to Alaska as a family tomorrow, so we will see how that works out.  I can guarantee that there will be some interesting videos from the great white north.  Hope that yall are well and happy spring!  Go Braves.
